Overview
Single-origin Totapuri mango pulp from Chittoor's finest orchards
Aseptic Totapuri mango puree is manufactured from non-GMO and carefully selected ripened Totapuri mangoes. The fruit is sourced from Andhra Pradesh, with primary sourcing from Chittoor, a region recognised for strong Totapuri cultivation.
Totapuri mangoes from Chittoor are preferred for better color, smoother texture, lower acidity and richer ripe mango flavor. This makes Chittoor Totapuri a practical choice for beverage, dairy, baby food, confectionery and culinary applications.
There are many varieties of mango cultivated in India. However, Totapuri mango pulp is preferred globally due to its higher pulp content, smaller seeds and unique flavour. Tropipuree Naturals is one of the renowned Totapuri mango pulp manufacturers and exporters in India. We also offer canned Totapuri mango pulp in 3.1 kg OTS cans for retail, HoReCa and culinary channels. We export across the globe, including the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, the USA, the UK, Germany and Canada are major export destinations for Totapuri mango pulp, with GCC and European demand supported by large Indian diaspora populations and growing use of natural fruit ingredients in food manufacturing.

Manufacturing Process
Controlled mango pulp processing
From selected Chittoor Totapuri mangoes to aseptic packing, each step is structured to protect flavor, texture and product consistency.
Once the mangoes reach our manufacturing facility, high-quality Totapuri mangoes are inspected and loaded into ripening chambers. Fully matured mangoes are fed onto conveyor belts for further processing. Stones and peels are separated by destoner machinery and removed through a waste screw conveyor. Samples of the Totapuri mango pulp are collected during processing to verify customer-specific quality parameters. Our central laboratory analyses the product to help prevent microbial contamination, and retained batch samples are kept in a cold room for future verification.

FAQ
Buying Totapuri mango pulp - answered
How is Totapuri different from Alphonso, and which should I choose for my application?
Totapuri has a balanced tangy-sweet profile with higher acidity, making it the preferred choice for beverages, nectars, and fruit blends. Alphonso is richer and creamier, better suited for premium dairy and desserts. If you're formulating a juice or RTD drink, Totapuri is the stronger technical fit.
Can we order smaller quantities before committing to a full container?
Yes. Beyond our standard 215 kg aseptic drum format, we also supply in 3.1 kg OTS cans, suited for R&D trials and formulation testing before you scale to bulk. Contact us to discuss trial quantities.
How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency across shipments?
Every batch is tested for Brix, pH, acidity, Bostwick consistency, and microbiology. A COA is issued per batch and available before shipment. Aseptic processing gives the product a 24-month shelf life at ambient temperature, so your supply chain isn't tied to the harvest window.
Is this product clean-label, with no added sugar, preservatives, or colourants?
Yes. It is 100% Totapuri mango with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colour or flavour. Shelf life is achieved through aseptic processing alone. Full spec sheet, allergen declaration, and nutritional profile are available on request.
Which markets and certifications does this product qualify for?
Our Totapuri Mango Pulp holds FSSAI, APEDA, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, SEDEX, USDA Organic, and India Organic certifications, cleared for export to 50+ countries including the EU, USA, UK, and GCC. Per-shipment documents including COO, Phytosanitary, and Health Certificate are provided as standard.
